I help “Out-of-the-box Thinkers” to achieve their Global Goals

Most people know me in the former role of Global Dean where I supported renowned learning establishments and campuses across the world who are committed to educating the next generation of leaders. As a senior executive, I was responsible for the worldwide cross-cultural integration of academic and educational programs for institutions in the US, in China, in the Middle East, and in Canada. For more than four decades I worked in this fast-paced, challenging environment where I was responsible for implementing global initiatives, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and regularly resolving critical operational issues. On any given day, I’d have to switch numerous times between the role of consultant, mentor and trusted advisor to support the many divisions of such businesses to meet their needs and challenging, even competing, demands. As Global Dean, most of the time, I had to find the perfect balance between cultural sensitivities, global thinking, and international value propositions. Exhaustion aside, my true personal fulfillment came from always pushing the envelope.

You see, my inner drive came from things like…tackling problems bigger than me, – and challenging people with their thinking. When I was “ON” I was fearless and focused on completing the mission at hand and nobody was going to stop me! But sure, on the outside you show up strong, confident and successful, but the reality is, beneath the mask you feel often disconnected, stuck and perhaps frustrated in your current role. So, if you are a senior executive, or a soon-to-be-one in a global setting, or a university Dean, VP, Campus Dean, or President, who feels stuck and needs financial, strategic, organizational, and/or personal support so you can confidently move to your next leadership step….

After extensive training and certification in Strategic Intervention coaching with the famous Tony Robbins/Chloe Madanes Academy, as well as with the Coaching Institute led by Mark/Magali Peysha, I decided to become a Global Executive Coach. Before formally coaching, I had a successful career as: • A Nuclear Physicist • A University Professor, in the US, in Europe, in Africa, and in the Middle East • A Global Higher Education Administrator for Multiple Global Universities, including Canada, China, the Middle East, and the United States. Between 2008 and 2012, I was elected as the Board Chair of the New York State American Council of Education Women’s Network (NYS ACEWN), mentoring numerous administrators from 800 higher education institutions to help them break the “glass ceiling”, and served as Past Board Chair between 2012 and 2016.

I hold a:
