For over four decades, I served as a Global Dean, launching academic programs in the U.S., China, the Middle East, and Canada. I managed multi-million-dollar initiatives and wore many hats—consultant, mentor, trusted advisor—often all before lunch. Balancing cultural nuances with big-picture strategies, I thrived on solving complex problems.
Yet, behind my success, I felt a familiar restlessness. Even with confidence, I sometimes felt stuck. Moreover, I navigated exhaustion, bias, and scrutiny at every turn.
Now, I help leaders like you—senior executives, rising C-suite talent, business owners, academics—who face similar ceilings.

- Nuclear Physicist
- University Professor in the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
- Global Higher Education Administrator for universities in Canada, China, the Middle East, and the United States.
- Served as Board Chair of the New York State American Council of Education Women’s Network (NYS ACEWN) from 2008 to 2012 and as Past Board Chair until 2016, where I mentored women administrators from over 800 higher education institutions.
