For a long time, I was in your shoes…
For 30+ years, I served as a Global Dean across four continents, launching academic programs in the U.S., China, the Middle East, and Canada. I managed multi-million-dollar initiatives and wore many hats: consultant, mentor, trusted advisor, often all before lunch. Balancing cultural nuances with big-picture strategies, I thrived on solving complex problems.
Yet, behind my success, I felt a familiar restlessness. Even with confidence, I sometimes felt stuck. Moreover, I navigated exhaustion, bias, and scrutiny at every turn.
Now I work with senior executives, CXOs, SVPs, VPs, Senior Directors, and Directors, and with founders, mostly in healthcare and pharma, higher education, law, technology, and manufacturing.
I provide strategic, organizational, and personal support through the 3C Program: 8 weeks, one to one, ending with a Strategic Career Transition Plan.
Executive Coach certified in Strategic Intervention by the Tony Robbins/Chloe Madanes Academy and the Coaching Institute led by Mark and Magali Peysha.
Career includes roles as:
- High-Energy Physicist
- University Professor in the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
- Global Higher Education Administrator for universities in Canada, China, the Middle East, and the United States.
- Served as Board Chair of the New York State American Council of Education Women’s Network (NYS ACEWN) from 2008 to 2012 and as Past Board Chair until 2016, where I mentored women administrators from over 800 higher education institutions.

I now reside in Orlando, Florida, with my loving family. I actively engage with my community as a proud member of 100 Women Strong of the Central Florida Foundation and the Women’s Executive Council of Orlando, which honored me with their 2024 Entrepreneur Women’s Achievement Award.
