P. Burlaud Consulting collects your name, email, job title, and/or company name when you register for a workshop, request information, or sign up to receive emails.

We use this information to send workshop access details, reminders, and related emails. We don’t sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting patricia@pburlaud-consulting.com.

Who we share your data with

We use the following services to run workshops and communicate with registrants. Each processes your information on our behalf and doesn’t use it for its own purposes:

Zoom, to host live sessions and send registration confirmations
Mailchimp, to send email reminders and follow-ups
Zapier, to move your registration between these services
Acuity Scheduling, to manage consultation bookings
LinkedIn, if you register through a LinkedIn event or ad

How long we retain your data

We keep the information you provide through registration or contact forms for as long as needed to run workshops and respond to your inquiries, or until you ask us to delete it.

What rights you have over your data

You can request an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you can request that we delete it. This doesn’t include any data we’re required to keep for legal, tax, or administrative purposes.
